Ravi Started his career in Business Development & Operations at a Motorola subsidiary in Telecom Engineering products. After a successful stint in Motorola, A transition into Executive Search consulting added the highly useful layer of industry knowhow from a white-hot product Tech space.
Leveraging his long-term relationships built over many years and working "hand-in-glove" with key stakeholders in large conglomerates, he has an impressive track-record of big-ticket appointments. As an Engineer in Electronics, he has a keen understanding and appreciation of business involving Hi-Tech and Information Technology Industries. He has partnered effectively with clients in both IT products and IT Services industries, with multiple business portfolios in hiring senior professionals with diverse backgrounds. A strong advocate and practitioner of "Diversity" in corporate structures, he has helped to shape industry opinion on the matter. Effective and time-bound, he has innovated successful search strategies, which have earned him a good reputation from clients with complex businesses.
He passionately promotes vegetarianism and has an interest in keeping abreast of technology and financial markets trends.
He heads the Information Technology Services & Product Business Practice for Insist Consulting. Prior to INSIST Consulting, Ravi was a Client Partner and Technology Practice Head with Stanton Chase-India franchisee operations, which got acquired by RGF, part of 16 Bn USD Japanese HR & Information Services Company, Recruit Holding Co. Ltd.
