Sunaina Shivnani

Director & NCR Practice Head

Sunaina is the founding member and lead for the Delhi Practice of Insist Consulting. Over the last 17 years she has enjoyed advising businesses and family offices on matters surrounding leadership including, C–Suite hires, board appointments, CXO succession, promoter / founder transition and diversity, across markets. Prior to Insist, Sunaina was the Partner for the Consumer Practice for Accord Group based in Delhi NCR.   Sunaina has worked with previous iterations of the Insist team under R Suresh, with Stanton Chase; where she started her career, and RGF Executive Search (part of Recruit Group Japan) cumulatively for almost 12 years.   Apart from her work in executive search, Sunaina draws on her experience in management consulting for close to 4 years with KPMG where she worked in areas of leadership assessment, organisation design and leadership coaching to help her clients resolve critical leadership challenges.   Sunaina has a B.A in English from Jesus and Mary College in Delhi and an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in Pune.
