Shilpi is a search Industry veteran with total 25 years of experience and over 16 years in Search Industry across levels and domains. She has partnered with clients in multiple industries covering automobile, chemical, legal, pharmaceutical, Private Equity players, medical diagnostics, healthcare, consumer durables, education, IT, and manufacturing sectors. She has worked closely with clients on identifying key leadership resources. She has delivered on mandates across functions and levels. Many a times clients fall back on her for difficult mandates or when all other avenues fail to deliver.   One of the Key assignments handled by her was to hire a Global Geospatial Business Head for a leading product engineering services company. The client wanted to bring on board a person who could lead and build the practice.   Prior to joining Search Industry and being an entrepreneur, Shilpi was Faculty in reputed Management Institutes. MCA by qualification, she used to teach IT subjects to management students.   Shilpi is very passionate about “clean and green” environment and loves to travel and enjoys playing Tennis.
