Sunita is a specialist search consultant focussed on intricate searches. With over 18 years of experience in the Executive Search industry, Sunita has worked with large Indian conglomerates and multinational companies in building key leadership talent. A large part of her initial career was focused on searches in the Tech space, both Products & Services businesses. Owing to her expertise in understanding business nuances and presenting innovative solutions, she has successfully worked with clients in deeply specialised sectors of Pharma, Industrial, Real Estate & PE. Sunita has worked on several cross-border mandates and specializes in expatriate hiring. Relationship management both with the client and candidate community is Sunita’s key strength. She is a people’s person and has an expansive network.   With the passion to work on newer sectors, Sunita has an eye for catching trends early. A recent case in point being the logistics sector which currently in India is undergoing huge transformation, specially with onset of global players setting up operations in India and large PE funds doing multibillion dollar investments in the warehousing space. Sunita and her team are perhaps the first ones to notice this paradigm shift in business and were successful in hiring a CEO – Industrial & Warehousing Parks for a global logistics player.   Sunita has done her PGDBA (HR) from Welingkar Institute of Management and Masters in Counselling Psychology from Mumbai University.   Sunita is a founder member of “Disha”, a career guidance and counselling centre.
