Ashish has professional experience of 25 years traversing multiple sectors across Indian and MNC groups. The specific functional and business roles he has performed span International Sales & Marketing, Retail Operations, Investor Relations and Executive Search. He has been associated with Indian corporates such as Piramal Group, Airtel and Future Group. He has over a decade experience in the Executive Search industry having been associated with firms such as Stanton Chase, RGF and Search Value. Since June 2023, Ashish is a part of INSIST Consulting in Mumbai.   Ashish brings a unique blend of business understanding, financial acumen and the human capital edge needed to staff an enterprise with competent executives. Over the years, he has closely engaged with promoters, CEOs and CXOs formulating and implementing key strategic initiatives. He has successfully worked with clients in the Industrial, Chemicals, Pharma & Healthcare, Financial Services, Real Estate and PE space.   Ashish is an avid fitness enthusiast & cricketer and has played at competitive levels, Ashish is an advisor to a firm engaged to develop cricket and multi-sports infrastructure in East Africa.   He is a Postgraduate in Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management & Human Resource Development, Pune.
