Rachna is a passionate search consultant, she comes with more than 2-decade experience in leadership hiring, talent scoping across sectors and geographies. She works with clients across Retail, FMCG, Consumer durables, Services, EV, Fintech, Edtech predominantly for the leadership roles. During her stint with Catenon and ABC Consultants, she has driven some of the landmark searches like: Chief Marketing officer for an airline, VP Sales for a Fintech company in the US, VP Operations for Fintech in Columbia (SA) , CFO for an apparel manufacturing company. Sales and Marketing head roles in an Edtech company, Head Battery for an EV company, Head Manufacturing for an upcoming Giga plant, Head Engineering for a battery manufacturing plant and many more. Her key strength is driving the relationships with clients and the candidate community.   Rachna has done her graduation from Kolkata University and is a diploma holder in HR from Bangalore University.   Rachna is an amateur artist ; she enjoys painting during weekends and has exhibited some of her art in Chitra Kala Parishad.   She is also a part of the NGO " Seva Cafe" which provides community kitchen to orphanages and old age homes around Bangalore.
